I have hit the dreaded plateau at 256 - I just can't seem to get past it. I think I am going to drop to phase 1 again to see if I can shock the system back into loss mode.
I wrestled for years and I hate the fact that my metabolism changed as I have gotten older. Plus, I take a couple of medications that do have some side effects that make it tougher, so I do need to watch the intake and spend more time in the gym.
About me? I was born, I grew up, I've had adventures and misadventures and sometimes I write about them. I view these blogs like dancing in my living room with the blinds open, if you happen to see it and continue to watch - I hope you at least enjoy some part of it.
