Update on the diet

I have hit the dreaded plateau at 256 - I just can't seem to get past it. I think I am going to drop to phase 1 again to see if I can shock the system back into loss mode.

Frustrating.

I wrestled for years and I hate the fact that my metabolism changed as I have gotten older. Plus, I take a couple of medications that do have some side effects that make it tougher, so I do need to watch the intake and spend more time in the gym.
